SS 3200 is a heavy-duty semi-synthetic coolant formulated for maximum versatility. It delivers excellent lubricity, extreme pressure protection, and clean running performance across a wide range of operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its biostatic, chlorine- and sulfur-free formula ensures long sump life, odor control, and environmental friendliness—making SS 3200 the smart choice for shops that demand durability, flexibility, and value.
SYN 4300 is a versatile synthetic coolant designed for clean, efficient machining across both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its built-in lubricity handles drilling and tapping with ease, while corrosion inhibitors ensure in-process rust protection. Oil-rejecting and low foaming, SYN 4300 runs clean, resists biological attack, and provides operator-friendly performance at dilutions of 6–12%.
DC 1480 is a heavy-duty emulsifiable drawing compound designed for machining, forming, and drawing under extreme pressure. It delivers superior lubrication, heat reduction, and controlled metal flow for increased output, reduced scrap, and longer die life. Stable emulsions allow it to be run as-is or diluted (20:1 to 5:1) providing flexibility. Cleanup is simple with milkd alkaline cleaners.
SOL 2111 is an economical soluble oil coolant formulated for general-purpose machining and grinding. It delivers stable emulsions, strong lubricity, and biological resistance for extended sump life. Low foaming and protective against rust, SOL 2111 provides dependable performance at a competitive cost.
SOL 2131 is a premium soluble oil coolant built for modern machining. Free from chlorine, phosphorus, and sulfur, it offers a cleaner, more sustainable option without sacrificing performance. Its stable, biologically resistant formula ensures long sump life, while advanced lubrication extends tool life, reduces wear, and supports precision in demanding applications.
KO 360 metalworking oil is designed for light to moderate cutting and grinding operation. KO 360 is chlorine free, non-staining, and non-corrosive. It is formulated for use in a variety of operations, both with ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
KO 618 GB metalworking oil is a high performance cutting, drilling, and grinding oil formulated for extreme pressure performance in a variety of operations. KO 618 GB provides smoother finishes on heavy cut lathe and mill operations. It is non-staining to copper and brasses, and is oxidation resistant.
KO 635 is a dual-purpose oil formulated for machine lubrication and metalworking. KO 635 is formulated using synergistic additives that are designed to enhance lubricity and provide excellent film strength. This light color, low odor fluid is non-staining to yellow metals and is formulated for excellent oxidative stability. This fluid keeps machine operations clean while providing lubrication to hydraulic systems.
KO 704-L is a multi-purpose cutting fluid that performs effectively in milling, tapping, threading, reaming, drilling, and sawing. It is formulated using non-corrosive sulfurized fats, neutral oils, and antioxidants. This combination of ingredients allows for use as a lube oil or cutting fluid with equal effectiveness. KO 704-L is widely used as a dual-purpose product in machining tough stainless, carbon and alloy steels, as well as copper alloys. It can also be used on aluminum without promoting stain. It is not recommended for use on magnesium. One of the chief advantages of KO 704-L is that it may be used as a single fluid in automatic screw machine operations. This eliminates the potential problems involved with separate fluids, where cutting oil could leak into the lubricating oil, or vice versa, causing dilution of properties and consequent reduction in efficiency and performance.
SYN 323-9 is a heavy-duty synthetic coolant formulated to perform a variety of ferrous machining and grinding operations. Low foaming properties make it especially suited for tough agitation applications.
SYN 325 is a synthetic water-based metalworking fluid formulated to resist cobalt leaching with added inhibitors that boost performance.
SYN 428 is a general-purpose synthetic coolant formulated for a variety of grinding operations expecially suited to high agitation applications.
